Dr. Michael T. Lavelle grew up in Butte, Montana, and attended Carroll College in Helena. He went to medical school at Stritch-Loyola in Chicago followed by internship at Cook County Hospital in 1966. His internal medicine and cardiology training were at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Lavelle is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He has been in practice in Vancouver since 1973 and enjoys seeing patients in the office doing general cardiology and non-invasive studies.
With his wife,
Florette, he enjoys visiting grandchildren, golf, music,
and occasional trips to Phoenix as a part-time "Snow
Bird."
Dr. Lavelle
retired from active Cardiology practice in September
2005. He still drops in every once in while.
